Job Title: Director of International Sales

CLIENT: Our Client is a privately-owned 2nd year Start-up Manufacturer and Distributor of high quality and “Award Winning” Pet Products. Company is experiencing extreme growth and is anxious to expand into International Territories.

LOCATION: Located in Wisconsin but open to Satellite or In-Home Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting directly to the President, we are searching for an individual with a recent history of accomplishments and contacts in the International Markets. Candidate will act as a liaison for our Client to pursue Countries of interest. A creative thinker who can analyze the Market and develop a clear Sales Strategy and follow through the process to a profitable close. This newly created Position is responsible for developing and maintaining New Channels of Distribution in International Markets (Client is currently in “talks” with 20 to 25 Countries). Must be able to develop and maintain a high level of Market Awareness involving both Company and Competitive Products. Very Limited Travel involved.

PERSONALITY: Ideal Candidate must be a self-motivated team player with a consistently high energy level, highly organized with persistent follow-up skills. Successful Candidate will be hands-on, self-assured, aggressive and internationally savvy. Able to build Business, establish high integrity with Clientele, and enforce strong Customer Service goals, with special emphasis on profitable Sales Growth. Must possess strong written, verbal and negotiating skills and a passion for growing Sales and Market dominance in the Pet Industry. Thinking outside the box a key!

EXPERIENCE: Must be a well-connected and experienced Sales Executive within the Pet, Footwear and/or Gift Industries, Marketing Pet Products within the US and International Markets. Deep knowledge of Competitive Market a must, as Role will have a strong influence on Product Pricing. Previous Domestic and International Sales experience is required, as well as a history of opening New Accounts in other Countries. Multi-Lingual a plus!

COMPENSATION: Initially Position is Commission Based, earning a percentage per container sold. For the right individual, a future vested partnership offering will be considered.
