Job Title: Regional Sales Managers
Location: In Home/Satellite Office
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 Base plus 30% Bonus Plan
CLIENT: Founded over 20 years ago, our Client is a privately-owned Industry-leading Manufacturer of Premium Pet Products uniquely tailored for Pets and their Owners, having a strong commitment to Innovation, Quality, Care and Growth. Totaling nearly 8,000 SKU’s, Product Lines include: Grooming Tools, Collars & Leashes, Halters & Leads, Safety Flooring, Health & Beauty Aids and Treats and are sold Internationally through Major Pet Store Chains, Catalog and Primary Distributors.

LOCATION: Open to Satellite or In-Home Office (near a Major Hub in California, Florida, Texas, New York).

RESPONSIBILITIES: The ultimate responsibility for this Role is to achieve Profitable Sales Growth Objectives within assigned Territories. Candidate will accomplish this by prioritizing Key Markets; developing New Accounts within assigned Regions; servicing and calling on Existing Accounts; and detailing Product Categories as required. Individual will also be responsible for Managing Agency Sales Reps within a given Territory, improving efficiency and knowledge of Agency Sales Reps and Outside Telemarketers through ongoing training. Additional duties will include attending Tradeshows, Exhibitions and Company meetings; providing feedback on Marketing, Marketing Materials and Competitive Information; and Administrative work including Call Reports, Expense Reports, Monthly Sales Reports and Presentations.

PERSONALITY: Ideal Candidate must be a self-motivated team player with a consistently high energy level; well organized and proficient with unfailing follow-through. Successful Candidate will be hands-on, self-assured and aggressive with the ability to build Business, establish a high level of integrity with Clientele, and enforce strong Customer Service Goals with an emphasis on profitable Sales Growth.

EXPERIENCE: Must be a well-connected and experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of (7) seven years Outside Field Sales experience and the exceptional ability to Manage and maintain strong Customer Relationships. Ideal Candidate will exhibit strong analytical and organizational skills along with the initiative and ability to accomplish Goals with minimal Supervision in addition to strong written, verbal and negotiating skills and a passion for growing Sales & Market dominance in the Pet Industry. Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Act) are a must!

COMPENSATION: Base Salary Targeted at $50,000 - $75,000 plus a 30% Bonus Plan based on Total Sales. TIMING: Immediate!!
