| CLIENT: Our Client is a young, passionate HBA Distributor, offering Natural alternatives for Health and Beauty through several lines of Natural Health (Herbal Supplements), Beauty (Skin Care Products) and Lifestyle (Weight Management) Products sold through both Direct Marketing and Retail Channels throughout National and International Markets. This dynamic Start-up Company is enjoying rapid and substantial growth and both the Industry and the Consumers are recognizing their effectiveness and market potential.
LOCATION: Chicago area.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Position will initially be responsible for Managing and maintaining Existing Retail Accounts including Catalogue and On-line Sales while acquiring, developing and maintaining New Accounts through targeted Channels. Assist in the daily Management of Company’s Marketing Program; update and monitor the Marketing, Advertising and Customer Service key performance indicators. Aid the Team in the development of future Marketing plans, Development functions, Administrative tasks, and Public Relations excerpts. Some travel to Accounts as requested.
PERSONALITY: A pro-active, motivated individual with the desire to increase responsibility and advance their Sales and Marketing Career and gain substantial experience in the field. Candidate must exude confidence, having the necessary skills to interact, via telephone and in-person, with outside Vendors and all Levels of an Organization. A creative thinker who can work independently, set priorities & objectives and plan & organize Projects from conception to completion. Ideal Candidate will be an individual who feels they can rise to a challenge, possesses the ability to apply advanced understanding and carry out multiple instructions with many variables in often complex environments is a must.
EXPERIENCE: This is a New Position and budgeted for entry level Candidates with 1-5 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience. Experience in the Retail/Marketing Industry a plus. A minimum of a Bachelors Degree with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
COMPENSATION: Compensation is Targeted at $35,000 - $40,000 and Full Health, Medical Insurance Benefits (Fully Paid) with Vacation (18 days per year) and 10 Paid Holidays. TIMING: Immediately!
