| CLIENT: Assist a well established 2nd generation large Almond Grower in California in developing a Start-up Non-Profit Company to raise money to purchase Nutritional Almond Snacks from the Parent Company at a large discounted price (estimated 30% - 35% off Wholesale). The Almond Snacks would in turn be given to many Non-Profit Food Donation Programs (Food Banks, Feed the Children, Feeding America) in the USA and even to International Programs (World Hunger Organizations). Our Client is dedicated to ensuring that 90% of all Donations go towards buying the Nutritional Almond Snacks.
LOCATION: Position can work from anywhere in the USA with a Home or Satellite Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Seeking an experienced Candidate to lead this New Company in raising all the money, utilizing their Fund-Raising experience and Non-Profit Networks. Responsible for securing Funds by generating Donations to be used to purchase Healthy Snacks offering long shelf life. Duties involve all the necessary steps to track Donations and continue to grow the financial commitment each year ensuring the Company can continue to seek new opportunities to Feed the Hungry while controlling Costs to raise Funds. Staff Support will be provided to this new Position once the Company is established. Position will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and soliciting Qualified Prospects and Donors; developing relationships with major Donors, Corporations and Foundations in an effort to engage support and assistance in soliciting others.
PERSONALITY: Candidate must be a self-starter and motivated Individual, possessing a Strategic Vision with attention to Organizational Detail with strong Project Planning and Implementation Skills. Trustworthy, honest and loyal Individual with the ability to clearly and persuasively gain support and trust from many large Donors. A numinous Candidate with an appreciation, commitment and understanding of the Christian Faith is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Candidate must be knowledgeable in the Charity Business with a track record of successful Major Annual Monetary Solicitation. Will also need to assist the IT Department in building a simple Website for additional Marketing efforts. Most importantly, Candidate must have many Existing and Trusting Relationships with large Donors, guaranteeing at least 90% of their Donated Monies will not be used for anything other than Feeding the Hungry with a very Nutritional Almond Snack purchased at a HUGE discount from the Grower's Manufacturing Company (no mismanagement of donation allowed).
COMPENSATION: This is a new venture for our Client and the Compensation will be evaluated and established based on experience and Salary History over the last (3) three years.
