Their Aquatic Installations are displayed in Offices of multiple Fortune 500 Companies including, Hotels, Museums, Hospitals, Restaurants, as well as Residential. Known for Selling, Designing, Installing and Maintaining unique Underwater Environments.
LOCATION: Mid-West.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is being created to support the expansion of the Aquatics line and continuous growth of Sales. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, position encompasses multiple responsibilities and leadership roles including Development and Acquisition of New Markets and Accounts, continued Maintenance and Expansion of established Business.
PERSONALITY: A self-assured and confident individual who possesses a high energy level and strong desire to succeed. Extremely accomplished interpersonal skills combined with “good Business sense” and ability to see the larger picture while following through with the appropriate Process and Results. Need is for an individual that has the driving desire to move forward, not simply maintain. The successful Candidate will be a mature self-starter with a proven record of self motivation, peer motivation, Goal achievement, as well as a Professional appearance. Our Client is interested in Candidates with only the highest level of Business and Personal Ethics.
EXPERIENCE: Candidate will be an accomplished, top-performing Sales Executive with a strong background in the Pet Industry. Individual must have previous knowledge and Contacts with PetSmart, Petco and Fosters & Smith and possess the ability to take the Company to the next level. Experience within the Aquatics Industry a plus. College Degree preferred but is not as important as knowledge and recognition of the Pet Industry.
COMPENSATION: Targeted Compensation is in the upper mid (5) five-figure range (commensurate with experience). All Candidates will be considered based on experience and ability as it relates to the Position. Seeking a confident Sales Professional who is “Incentive Motivated”. Benefit Package available.
