RESPONSIBILITIES: Individual will be Directly Responsible for all facets of Distribution Center Operations including the Day-to-Day Operations; Shipment of all Orders; Establishment of DC Guidelines; Allocation of Labor; and Development & Meeting of Daily Plans, reviewing all work for Accuracy & Customer Service. Providing total support for a 250,000 square foot Warehouse, this Position will report directly to the Owner/Operator and will be responsible for up to (4) four Direct Reports as well as 45 General Support Staff and Warehouse Employees.
PERSONALITY: A True Leader with excellent Communication Skills, able to Establish and Maintain Long-lasting Working Relationships within the Industry. Candidate must be well-organized and adept to everyday Distribution Center Functions. Must be driven to succeed and confident, with a Positive Management Style in order to Motivate and Direct all Employee Functions.
EXPERIENCE: Hands-on Manager with a history of Progressive Responsibility and an understanding of the Systems, Procedures, Development and Concepts of a Distribution Center. Prefer (5) five to 10 years experience in supervising an Automotive Aftermarket Distribution Facility with knowledge of Automation, RF, Bar Coding Technology and the Data Flow Software System.
COMPENSATION: Target Base Salary of $80,000 to $105,000 (commensurate with experience). Competitive Benefit Package includes Health, Medical, Paid Life Insurance, Paid Vacation and Holidays, 401K and Relocation Assistance.
