RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting directly to the CEO this Key Position will be responsible for taking over and running the newly developed Pet Division within the Company. Duties include identifying and penetrating New Accounts while growing and maintaining existing Accounts, Building an Organization, Identifying Distributors, and staying familiar with Supply Chain Management. Additional responsibilities include Supervising, Managing and Mentoring.
PERSONALITY: The ideal Candidate will have a strong desire and commitment to increase Sales and be a “goal setter”, a creative and flexible Team Player, an individual who can Manage, Motivate, and develop a strong Sales Team. A visionary with the ability, drive and foresight who can help take the Company to the “next level”, dreams big, and is willing to work hard as part of a Team in a creative, collaborative and friendly environment that is designed to both challenge and help the right Candidate realize their potential. EXPERIENCE: Must have Contacts in the Pet Industry with at least 10 to 15 years of experience and possess the ability to Sell. Candidate will be an accomplished, top-performing Sales Executive with a strong background in the Pet Industry. Outstanding Management skills, hard working and ready to jump in and take charge. College Degree preferred but is not as important as knowledge and recognition of the Pet Industry.
COMPENSATION: Our Client knows the value of Industry Contacts and has assembled a Competitive Compensation Plan (commensurate with experience and knowledge) plus Bonus based on performance. Major Health coverage, 401K, Paid Holidays, and Vacation.
